"Site wasn't available" when downloading content.

Trying to download some files to an external drive and the process begins but does not complete. I'm receiving the following error messages:

"File wasn't available on site"
"Site wasn't available"

Thanks in advance for any insight.

  • Hi Krose35, let's jump right into this!

What is the size of the content you're trying to download to your external drive? Also, if I were you, I'd try to download the content using a different browser as well.

Can you give this a go?

Keep me posted on the results!

Thanks a lot, @Megan. The files are large, ~7GBs, but switching from Chrome to Firefox is what ultimately did the trick. Thank you!
