Getting errors when trying to open .mp4 files
Guys this is bad. I'm paying you a lot of money so I can share my files. I've lost potentially tens of thousands of dollars worth of work and I didn't even know. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS
I can't even post a screencap here.
I'm ready to stop paying you heaps of money and find someone who can.

This has been ongoing for at least2 years. I've just never noticed... I have had clients tell me they couldn't watch my vids, so I relinked them (TO A FREE PLATFORM). But more importantly links off my CV and websites have not been working.
This is a major service I'm paying for so. "Keep an eye on our updates page" is not a real answer. I might even be asking for 2 years of my subscription back. The world is tightening up. Unless you can sort your S**t out, you'll be losing all of us.
Just attempting to illustrate how serious this is. Otherwise there's no point in hosting our content on your platform.
