I'm getting an error when viewing a Dropbox Replay link, even after purchasing the Replay add-on.
A colleague sent me a link to a Replay video but when I tried to view it I got an Unexpected error message. So I purchased the Replay add-on for my Plus account, but I still get the same Unexpected error message. Help!

Can you send me a full screenshot of the exact error you’re receiving?
Is this something you experience across multiple browsers? What if your colleague deletes the previous link and sends you a new one?
